Breakfast, lunch and dinner we offer a great range of freshly prepared food from succulent slow cooked baby back ribs to thirst quenching minty Cuban Mojitos.
TLC Inns as a restaurant business was started when an opportunity came up in Ely, Cambridgeshire.
Introducing a restaurant which highlighted the importance of investing in the aesthetics of the restaurant like we would the food and service really paid off.
At the, time the restaurant industry in pubs was littered with “big brand” restaurants that wouldn’t invest into the look of the building hugely, the people they employed or pride in product by those teams.
We noticed this gap and took great advantage. Since opening the Cutter Inn, we have continued to reap the successes in many parts of East Anglia in the pubs that we have taken on.
In 2011, another opportunity came along but this time in the form of an American restaurant design.
By this time the family had grown and the ethos of Grand Central Bar & Grill was born. Now, some years later, we have a brand of Grand Central’s and pubs working side by side employing over 300 people. The reputation of GC has grown so much that we have actual fans of what we do and how we do it.
A brand that is adaptable to the market needs yet doesn’t try to lose what the original ethos of TLC is, a full team focus on quality, service and style.
It has been said many times that TLC Inns has a personal relationship with the team that make up the branches of our every growing family tree. Each and every person that has joined TLC since conception, has played a massive part in how we operate and how we grow. We employ people who buy into what we do and how we do it.
